Dear GCEL, Inc. Conference Registrant,

We are sorry that your plans have changed and you will now need to cancel your conference registration. In the event you are unable to attend the conference and must cancel your registration; please complete and submit a Cancellation of Registration Form as soon as possible.

Due to commitments to our facilities and partners, cancellation fees are as follows:

Cancellations and Refunds

If you cannot attend the conference and there is no other individual to attend in your place, you maycancel your participation by submitting the Cancellation of Registration Form. Please carefully review the cancellation policy to ensure you are aware of timing and refunds available.

Refunds are granted for attendee purchases based on the following sliding scale:
If received in December, there will be a 50% Refund
If received January - February, there will be No Refund

Please note that cancellations are deemed eligible for a refund based on the date the cancellation form is submitted. Phone calls and emails are not acceptable forms of notification.

1. Fifty percent refund may be granted if an acceptable electronic Georgia Compensatory Educational Leaders (GCEL), Inc. Cancellation of Registration Form is received by December 31st.
2. NO refund will be granted if registration is between January 1st and the first day of the conference.
3. No shows will be charged the full registration fee.

Substitutions

If you cannot attend the conference, substitutions can be made up to ten (10) days prior to the first day of the conference at no cost. Substitutions are a great way to eliminate costly cancellation penalties. Please complete and submit a Substitution Request Form.

The status of your request will be emailed to you within ten (10) business days.
