Dear Prospective Sponsor/Vendor:
          The 30th Annual Georgia Compensatory Educational Leaders, Inc. (GCEL, Inc.) Conference will be held on March 2 – 4, 2015 at the Savannah Marriott Riverfront Hotel, 100 General McIntosh Blvd., Savannah, Georgia,(912) 233-7722.  Our 2015 theme will be “Celebrating 30 Years: Honoring the Past and Envisioning the Future”.  Please visit the GCEL, Inc. website at www.gcel.org for more information.  GCEL, Inc. represents members from 182 school systems throughout the state of Georgia and student enrollment in excess of 1.1 million.

          We, the members of GCEL, Inc. greatly appreciate the role sponsors and vendors play in making our conference possible; therefore, we are soliciting your organization to partner with us for the 2015 GCEL, Inc. conference. The cost of the vendor package is $300 for one table or $550 for two tables.  Included with each table is a conference program, Tuesday’s breakfast, and Tuesday’s lunch. The vendor exhibits start on Monday, March 2, 2015, followed by the vendor reception on Monday afternoon. The second day for vendors to exhibit will be Tuesday, March 3, 2015, beginning at 8:00 A.M. followed by the vendor door prize give-a-ways on Tuesday afternoon. 
         
          Vendors will be allowed to set up their displays on Monday, March 2, 2015 beginning at 10:00 A.M. or Tuesday morning beginning at 7:00 A.M.  Upon request, electrical outlets will be provided if you request power on the registration form. However, please bring your own extension cords and/or power strips.  Neither the hotel nor GCEL, Inc. is responsible for materials left on display tables Monday night.  GCEL, Inc. is not responsible for hotel reservations for vendors.

If your organization is interested in being a conference sponsor or vendor, you may elect one of the following:

  • Platinum Sponsor: $5,000 and up (two vendors’ VIP tables, a full page in conference program, company’s name listed on the GCEL, Inc. website, and up to 5-minute presentation)
  • Gold Sponsor$3,500 (two vendors’ VIP tables, 1/2 page in conference program, company’s name listed on the GCEL, Inc. website, and up to 3-minute presentation )
  • Silver Sponsor: $2,500 (one vendor’s table, 1/2 page in conference program, company’s name listed on the GCEL, Inc. website, and up to 2-minute introduction)
  • Bronze Sponsor: $1,000 (one vendor’s table, 1/4 page in conference program, company’s name listed on the GCEL, Inc. website, company’s name printed in  conference program)
  • Vendor Package: $300 for one table
  • Each additional table$250 per table – (limit 1 additional table)

 Table locations are assigned on a first come status based on full receipt of payment and Platinum level priority.

  Vendor tables canceled after December 12, 2014, will not be refunded.
