The Georgia Compensatory Educational Leaders, Inc. (GCEL) 2023 Scholarship is designed for high school seniors who will attend an institution of higher education (4-year college or technical college) in the fall of 2023! GCEL, Inc. will award four (4) scholarships valued at $1,500 per student. Applicants must be enrolled as a senior in a Georgia Title I High School for the 2022-2023 year. Scholarship applications must be postmarked no later than Friday, March 31, 2023. Late, incomplete, or applications with insufficient postage will not be reviewed by the scholarship committee.
